Yesterday, being my birthday, I got a bunch of gift cards for Amazon.com. I've been hoping to buy some cookbooks, particularly cupcake ones. Which ones do youse guys have and use? Pros? Cons? Before my intro survey, a quick question... I know I've read about it somewhere before, but I can't find it. You can bake marshmallows in cupcakes, right? I'm thinking about putting one in the center after I've poured the batter in the pans. I think a mini marshmallow, right? Would that work?
